Payments
In-person appointments may pay with cash
or check at appointment time. Credit card
payments are accepted using Pay Pal's
invoicing system and must be received
prior to your session.
Distance sessions are the same as in-office sessions, but we will be connecting by phone during the session. Payment via Pay Pal, check or money order must be received prior to your session. Please send check or money orders 5-7 business days in advance to process.

If you would like to schedule a distance session, email is the most efficient way to request an appointment.

Once your appointment has been scheduled intake forms, payment information, and post-treatment information will be sent.
Cancellation Policy: Please call to cancel or reschedule your
appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for a
missed session.
